Temporary Partners & Affiliate Companies

Overview:

Along with our work and our past experience with qualified Engineers/Technician and with professional Engineering Companies, EVERTECH succeeded to build a unique business channels and own good connection with large number of them; and we developed beneficial opportunities to collaborate together throughout varieties of engineering services.

Services of Collaboration

Our Collaboration shall cover different activities of engineering services and it can be titled as below: 1) Project Design Services: 2) Project Consultancy & Management Services: 3) Renovation & Restoration Services 4) Reassessment Engineering Reports

Liabilities:

Liabilities of Temporary Partners & Affiliate Companies is to assist EVERTECH with technical and consultant backup.

Category of Cooperation:

EVERTECH shall cooperate with Engineers and Companies through 2 different Categories:
  • Temporary Partners: represent individual Engineers or Technician
  • Affiliate Companies: represent a Company or group of Companies

A. Temporary Partners:

Process of Cooperation between Temporary Partners & EVERTECK shall pass though the below steps:
  1. The selected nominee (Engineers/Technician) shall cooperate with EVERTECH as temporary Partners.
  2. Selection of Temporary Partners gives priority to local nominees.
  3. Selection of Temporary Partner gives priority to the capability, discipline, and talent of the nominated person.
  4. Cooperation between Temporary Partners and EVERTECH shall be on case by base project.
  5. Temporary partners shall have temporary agreements with EVERTECH; period of agreement is related with the period of the project.
  6. Temporary partners shall represent EVERTECH with client and with all other related offices.

B. Affiliate Companies:

Process of Cooperation between Affiliate Company & EVERTECK shall pass though the below steps:
  1. The selected Company shall cooperate with EVERTECH as Affiliate Company
  2. Selection of Affiliate Companies gives priority to local Companies.
  3. Selection of Affiliate Company gives priority to the companies with long experience, professionalism, and good performance.
  4. Cooperation between Affiliate Companies and EVERTECH shall be on case by base project.
  5. Affiliate Companies shall have temporary agreement with EVERTECH; period of agreement is related with the period of the project.
  6. Affiliate Company shall represent EVERTECH with client and with all other related offices.

Process of Cooperation:

  • We shall have individual files for all selected Temporary Partners & Affiliate Companies and we shall categorize those files according to their activities.
  • We shall develop Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for future cooperation between Temporary Partners/Affiliate Companies and EVERTECH. Purpose of MOU is to confirm all points of cooperation between the two parties.
  • Once EVERTECH Invited to a new project we shall call our Temporary Partners/Affiliate Company to collaborate with EVERTECH in preparing tender of this project.
  • Once EVERTECH award a new project; we shall call our Temporary Partners/Affiliate Company for a meeting and discuss together the opportunities of cooperation on the same project.
